SHELAJI BUILDCON LLP

Shelaji Buildcon is based in Byculla East, Mumbai. Our office is on the 8th floor of Kumar Sophronia, which is located on Shree Aadeshwar Bhagwan Marg. We are pretty close to Abza Tower and the Jijamata Udyan. From up here, you can see quite a bit of the city. We handle building and construction projects. We are not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a dedicated group of us working out of this office. We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings trying to get things lined up for our projects. Byculla is an old part of Mumbai with a lot of history, and working here is interesting. Our office is 801, and it is usually filled with the sound of people talking about site updates and material costs. We do not go in for fancy slogans or marketing talk. We just focus on the actual building work. It is a lot of work coordinating between the different sites and making sure we are following all the regulations. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. The area near the garden is nice, though the traffic near Byculla station can be a real headache. We have been at this for a while now, just doing our thing and trying to be useful in the real estate space. That is who we are at Shelaji Buildcon, just local people doing our jobs.
