Sheetal Tours & Travels sits right in the middle of the Powai Main Market area. Specifically, you can find us at D-7 in the Badheri Sector 41 D section. We are on the ground floor of Prashant Apartment. It’s quite easy to spot us because we are directly opposite the main gate of IIT. If you’re looking for the ICICI ATM, we are right near there too. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, and people can just walk in off the street. The market outside is always full of students and people shopping, so there is a lot of energy. Inside the shop, we have a few posters of different places on the walls, mostly just to cover up the blank spots. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a bit old but they still work fine for booking tickets and checking schedules. We handle all sorts of travel requests, mostly for people in the neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. It’s a family-run feel here. We don't use fancy systems; we just write things down and make the calls. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in at once, but we just pull up an extra chair. We don’t have a big mission or anything. We just like helping people get their travel plans sorted without too much trouble. It’s what we do.
