Shayona Expeditions

You can find Shayona Expeditions at 9, Koteshwar Ashish Plaza in Mulund West. We are right on LBS Road which is always packed with traffic and people heading towards the station or the highway. Our office is a small room on one of the floors of the plaza. We have some posters of mountains and maps of different places pinned up on the walls. It is where we sit and plan out trips and look at routes. The building is quite old and the elevator sometimes acts up so we end up taking the stairs. We have been doing this for some time now and we know the Mulund area very well. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at computer screens trying to coordinate things for people. It is not a very flashy place. There are piles of brochures and some old camping gear sitting in the corner. We get a lot of noise from the main road below but you get used to it after a while. People from the nearby apartments come in to ask about travel or just to chat about where to go next on their holidays. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is just a few of us who enjoy the idea of getting out of the city even though we spend most of our time sitting in this office in the middle of the noise.
