We are based on the first floor of House Number 69 in the Chape area of Bandra West. It’s an old building. It has a lot of character though. We like being right opposite Samta Bank. It makes it very easy to tell people where to find us. Being in Bandra, there is always something happening outside the window. The street is usually full of people and cars at all hours. We handle travel stuff. We mostly help people with their plans and tickets. The office is just a few rooms. We keep our files and computers there. It’s not a big operation. We are just a small team of people who know the travel business well enough to help out. We spend a lot of time on the phone with different agencies. We also sort out visa paperwork. That can be a real headache sometimes. People drop in to pick up their documents. Others come just to ask about prices for different trips. Since we are on the first floor, you have to walk up some narrow stairs to get to us. It’s a quiet enough spot once you’re inside. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Our little office has stayed pretty much the same. We just keep doing what we do, one booking at a time. Bandra is a great place to work, even with all the noise outside.
