We are located over in Vashi, specifically at Simran Palace on Palm Beach Road. It’s a decent spot in Navi Mumbai, though the traffic can be a real headache during the morning rush. Our office is on the first floor, in Flat A/103. It’s a bit unusual being in what looks like a residential block, but it works for us. We handle the local operations for Shapoorji Pallonji Co. Ltd from here. Most days are spent looking at blueprints or talking to the site supervisors on the phone. You can usually find a few of us huddled around a table trying to figure out a scheduling issue. Being in Sector 14 means we are close to everything we need. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here; the walls are covered in project charts and there’s always a half-empty box of biscuits somewhere. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We deal with the realities of construction projects every day, which means plenty of stress and long hours when a deadline is coming up. The staff here are mostly locals who know Navi Mumbai like the back of their hand. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the projects stay on track without getting bogged down in too much paperwork. It’s a simple setup but it gets the job done for our team in the city.
