SHANDOR PROPERTIES LLP

Start with the location, we are at Shah House on S V Road. It gets really busy outside most days but up here on the 4th floor, it is a bit quieter for us. We handle the daily operations of Shandor Properties LLP from this spot. It is just a few of us in the office. We spend most of our time dealing with piles of paperwork and local stuff here in Khar West. Sometimes the elevator in this building acts up and we have to take the stairs, but we make do. We have been in this area for a while now. Mumbai is a crowded place, and being in a spot like Plot 142 keeps us right in the middle of all the noise and action. We do not really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. Most people who come here are locals or folks who know the neighborhood well. We just try to get the work done without making a big fuss about things. The traffic on S V Road can be a real nightmare in the evenings, so we usually stay late to finish up our files and let the roads clear out. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking documents and talking to clients. We handle property matters. We do not do big ads. Usually, people find us through word of mouth. The office is small, just an apartment converted into a workspace. We drink a lot of tea and keep the fans running. That is how we spend our days at Apartment No. 1.
