We operate out of a small unit in the Silver Star building in Santacruz East. Room A/106 is where we handle all the bookings and travel plans. It’s a cozy space, mostly filled with files, maps, and some old brochures from over the years. Sundernagar is a busy enough area, so there’s always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people and trying to get schedules to line up. It’s a lot of back and forth, really. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and we have to spend a whole afternoon just sorting it out. We aren't a massive agency with a call center. It’s just a few of us here. People often drop by to ask questions or pick up their documents. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but it's not a fancy lounge. We just try to keep everything straight so nobody ends up in the wrong place. The walk from the main road isn't too bad. We usually keep some coffee going in the corner of the office. It’s a steady job, and while things can get a bit frantic before a big trip leaves, we usually have a rhythm. Most of our work is just staying organized and making sure the dates are right. We aren't big on flashy advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door on Ghod Dhod Road. We just focus on the details of every trip we organize. It's how we do it.
