You can find us at Shop No 14 on Dr Nair Road, which is quite close to the Mumbai Central station. We are tucked in near the Mangaldas Market and right opposite the Reserve Bank of India. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of people moving around all the time. Our shop is small but we have been here for a long time. We mostly deal with railway bookings and some local tours around the state. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We keep a few chairs for customers who are waiting for their tickets to be printed. It is a family-run thing, so it is just me and my brother handling most of the work. We don't have any big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or commuters who pass by on their way to the station. We just try to get the bookings right so there are no issues during the journey. The office has a lot of old files and some maps on the wall. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once. We don't use any fancy software, just the standard portals that everyone else uses. We are just here to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble on their end.
