We’ve been at Shop No 7 in Shastri Nagar for a good while now. It’s right near the Sahara Star hotel if you know the area. Most people find us through word of mouth because we just try to get things sorted for their trips without a fuss. It’s usually busy here with people asking about flights or buses. I usually sit at the main desk and handle the paperwork while the others talk to customers. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. Vile Parle East is a busy spot, so there is always someone popping in to ask a quick question about a ticket or a visa. We don’t have a fancy office, just some chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons but we keep the fan going. People around here know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to be some big global company. We just help the folks in the neighborhood get where they need to go. If you are walking down the 5th main, you'll see our sign. It isn't the biggest, but it’s there. Dealing with travel can be a headache with all the changes lately, so we just try to keep it simple. It’s mostly regular people from around Bhagi who stop by. We keep the ledger updated by hand sometimes when the system is slow. It’s just how we work. Our coffee isn't great but the advice is usually okay.
