SFPO DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at Orbit Plaza in the Prabhadevi area of Mumbai. Our office is 103/104 on the first floor. New Prabhadevi Marg is usually quite busy, especially during the peak hours. It’s a well-known spot in the city. SFPO Development Private Limited is a small operation. We have these two units knocked together to give us a bit more room to breathe. The office is pretty functional. We have the usual stuff—computers, some filing cabinets, and a bunch of chairs that don’t quite match. Working in Prabhadevi is interesting because you’re close to the sea but also right in the middle of all the commercial action. We can hear the traffic and the occasional horn from outside, but we don’t mind it much. It’s just the sound of the city. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the development work and keeping track of the numbers. Sometimes we have lunch at our desks while we talk about the latest updates. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We dress casually and don’t worry too much about corporate rules. The main thing is getting the work finished on time. The building is okay, nothing too modern, but it suits our needs perfectly. We’ve been here for a bit and know the security guards and the other folks in the plaza. It’s a decent place to be based.
