Seven City Developers

Seven City Developers is located in the Natraj Building, specifically in room A-302. We’re over on Yari Road in Versova Village, Andheri. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets quite crowded near the market in the evenings. Our office is fairly simple. We have a few tables pushed together and some chairs that don’t quite match each other. It’s where we sit and go over plans or handle the bills and phone calls. The building is an older one, so the stairs can be a bit steep and the paint is peeling in some of the corners. We don't mind it much because it feels like a real workplace. You can hear the sounds of the village outside—people talking, scooters zooming by, and the occasional dog barking at a passerby. It’s not a corporate glass tower with a shiny lobby. It’s just a regular room in a residential-commercial mix. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs when the afternoon slump hits. The windows look out over the rooftops of Versova, which is a nice change of pace when the work gets a bit stressful. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist to greet you at the door. Usually, whoever is closest to the entrance just opens it. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of something that needs sorting out.
