Serene Holidays is located in Goregaon East, inside Meenaxi Tower on Gokuldham Road. Our office is in Suite 307. We are right in the middle of a busy residential and commercial zone. Dealing with holidays means we spend most of our time on the computer looking at different destinations or on the phone talking to hotels and airlines. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything lines up for a trip. The office is pretty straightforward, with a few travel posters on the walls and desks cluttered with itineraries and brochures. We aren't a giant travel agency with a huge call center; we are just a small team in Goregaon. Gokuldham is a nice area, but the traffic can be tough during peak hours, so we do a lot of our business over email. People often drop by to pick up their tickets or ask questions about visas. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly what to expect when they travel. There’s no fancy talk about "dream vacations" here; we just focus on the logistics of getting from one place to another without too much trouble. It gets busy during the summer and Diwali breaks, but we just keep our heads down and work through the bookings. It’s a steady job and we enjoy seeing where people decide to go.
