Seijo And The Souldish At Bandra

Even though the name mentions Bandra, we are actually situated at the Maharashtra Housing Board in Ambernath West. Our spot is 43/272 in the Thane district. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the main city areas. Seijo And The Souldish is where we spend our time prepping and getting things ready. The housing board area is quite residential, so we see the same faces walking by every single day. It feels more like a neighborhood place than a big commercial business. We have a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes the commute out to Ambernath can be a bit much for people who aren't used to it, but we like it here. It is a bit quieter than the middle of Mumbai. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and hope the food and the service speak for themselves. The building we are in is an older one, so it has some character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly just focus on the kitchen and making sure the orders are right. It is a lot of standing on our feet and making sure everything is clean. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just work hard in Ambernath and go home.
