Sehra Engineering Works

Sehra Engineering Works is located in the New Bhandup Industrial Estate, specifically in the Agarwal Compound. We are in Gala No. 4 on Quarry Road in Bhandup West. It is a bit of a maze in here with all the different workshops, but we have been in this gala for a good while. The space is filled with lathes and various tools that we use for our engineering tasks. There is usually a bit of oil on the floor and the walls are covered in calendars and old notes. We open the big shutter early in the morning to let the light in because it can get pretty dark inside the compound. Most of the time we are leaning over a machine trying to get a part just right. It is not the kind of work you can do without getting your hands dirty. We have a small bench where we sit for tea breaks and that is about it for furniture. The noise from the other galas in the Agarwal Compound is constant, so you have to speak up to be heard. We don't really do any marketing or have a website that looks professional. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they are also located in Bhandup. It is just a small engineering shop where we do our best to finish the jobs people bring to us.
