Seenu Bagwala

You can find us at the Cheeta Camplex on S M Road in the Trombay area. Our shop is at number 20. We have been here for a long time, making bags and fixing them for whoever needs it. The shop is quite small and it is usually filled up with rolls of material and heavy fabric. Seenu Bagwala is a very active place, and there is always something going on in the streets outside. We do not have much room to move around, so we have to keep everything piled up. That is just how we manage our space. We don't use computers or any big technology to run the shop. Everything we do is written down by hand in our ledger. Sometimes the electricity flickers when the big machines in the complex are turned on. We have gotten used to how this building works over the years. My hands are often dirty from the dyes and materials we use every day. We don't spend any money on ads because we think word of mouth is better. People who live nearby know exactly where to find us. We just focus on the stitching and making sure the handles are strong enough. It is a lot of hard work, and we are usually tired by the time we go home. We keep a small radio playing to help the time pass while we sew. It is a simple life and a simple business.
