We’ve been here at Shop No 2 in the Emp Building for a while now. Kandivali East is a busy place, especially around the Visveshwaraya Industrial Area where we are. It’s mostly offices and workshops around us. If you’re looking for us, we are right in the second stage. Most days it’s just us sitting at the desks, looking at screens and talking on the phone. We handle travel stuff, so there’s always someone asking about train timings or flight prices. It gets pretty loud outside with all the industrial noise, but we’re used to it. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we just sit there waiting for it to come back so we can finish a booking. We started Searchyourtrip Com because we knew the area and wanted to work close to home. My cousin helps out some days when it’s busy. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner. It’s a normal office, nothing fancy with big glass walls or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few computers, and a lot of paper. People from the nearby buildings drop in to ask questions. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets covered in notes. That’s just how it goes when you’re trying to keep track of different trips for different people all day long.
