Our office for Sealand Developers LLP is on the 7th Khetwadi Back Road. We are on the second floor of Khemraj Bhavan, specifically in Room Number 31. It’s right in the heart of Mumbai, where everything is constantly moving. Khetwadi is a busy area, and Khemraj Bhavan is an older building with a lot of character. We’ve been here for a while. The office isn't very large, but it serves us well. We have stacks of files and some old computers that we use to keep everything in order. It’s a bit of a climb to the second floor sometimes if you're carrying heavy stuff, but we don't mind. We spend most of our days coordinating between different contractors and site managers. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of checking on things. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy marketing. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the street noise gets a bit loud, especially during festivals. We know the local shops and the people around here. It feels like a real neighborhood business. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office space. We just focus on the development projects we have on our plate. It’s steady work and we keep ourselves busy year-round. It is just a small group of us trying to make things work in a very crowded city.
