Se Cheese

Se Cheese is a small shop located in Wadala. You can find us at Shop No 1 in the Topaz Building, which is in the Bangur Nagar area. We deal with a lot of cheese and dairy products. The shop itself is quite tiny, so we have to be very organized with how we stack the refrigerators. I spend a lot of my time checking the temperatures and making sure the stock is fresh. It is a bit of a niche business, but there are enough people in the neighborhood who need what we sell. The building we are in is quite old and has that classic Wadala look. We have been here for a few years now. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to keep everything cold. My brother helps me out on the weekends when it gets a bit more crowded with families. We don't have any flashy signs or big displays. It is just a counter and some fridges. Most of our customers live in the blocks nearby and just walk over when they need something. We know their names and what they usually buy. It is a quiet way to earn a living. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people walking their dogs. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in.
