We’ve been here at Grant Road for a while now. Our office is on the third floor of Bombay Mutual Terrace, which is right by the Varekar Bridge. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings with everyone heading towards SVP Road and the bridge. The building is older, but it works for us. Usually, you can find someone here by nine, though the traffic can be a real headache some days. We just do our work and keep things moving. There isn't much to see, just a regular office with desks and papers everywhere. If you’re coming from the station side, it’s not a long walk, but the crowd can get pretty thick. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the name on the door. It gets a bit noisy with the vehicles on the bridge outside, but we’re used to it. The tea guy downstairs knows us well enough. Most of our time is spent looking over plans or talking to people on the phone. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai. We’ve known the neighbors for years. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. People come by, we talk about what needs doing, and we get on with it. It’s pretty straightforward and we try to stay busy without making a big fuss.
