SCM REALCON LLP

SCM REALCON LLP operates out of the Rivona building in Hiranandani Heritage. We are in unit A/1002, which is right by S.V. Road and the Poisar Bridge in Kandivali West. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Mumbai. Being near the bridge means we have a lot of traffic passing by, but inside the office, it's usually just us working through our task lists. We deal with real estate and construction, so there's always a lot of paperwork to manage. Our office isn't designed to be a showpiece. It’s got everything we need to run the business, like computers, a big table for maps, and plenty of shelves for our records. We’ve been here for some time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Kandivali West is a busy area, but it's where we feel at home. We don't go in for big promises or fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly about what we can do and how long it will take. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or permit issues, and we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just local people who know the real estate business. We try to keep our overheads low so we can focus on the actual work. It’s a simple, honest way to run a company, and it works for us. We're usually here from morning until the evening rush starts.
