Schoneshaus LLP

Our office is Schoneshaus LLP, located at unit number 326 on the third floor of the Kewal Industrial Estate. This is on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The pin code is 400013. Lower Parel is a place where everything is always changing, but the industrial estate has a very permanent, heavy feel to it. Our space inside is filled with the tools of the trade. We have samples of flooring, window frames, and catalogs piled up on the desks. It isn't a showroom; it's a working office where we actually get things done. The elevator in the building is one of those old ones with the metal gates, and it sometimes has a mind of its own. We don't mind it much. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate image. We are more interested in whether a project is on schedule and if the materials are right. The team here is a small group. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings or talking to clients about their houses. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. We just speak plainly about what can be done and what can't. It’s a busy, sometimes messy way to work, but it feels right for us. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
