Scale Infracon is based out of Gokunda, which is in the Kinwat Taluka of Nanded. Our office is at House Number 982/1A. Being in a place like Kinwat means we are quite far from the big city lights of Mumbai or Pune, but there is plenty of work to do here. We focus on construction and infrastructure projects that help the local area. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we are a private limited company on paper. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of technical manuals. We spend a lot of time out on the roads or at building sites across the district. The dust and the heat are just part of the daily routine. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past to get more work in the future. Sometimes the materials take forever to arrive because of the distance, so we have to be good at planning ahead. It’s a tough business and you have to be ready for anything to go wrong. We’ve had machines break down in the middle of a job or labor issues that slow everything down. We just keep pushing through it and getting the next task done. That’s how life is here in Nanded. We’re just regular people trying to build things that last for the community we live in.
