We’re located in Matunga East, specifically in the Nirant Building on Adenwala Road. Our office is up on the seventh floor, room 701. It’s a pretty good spot because we can see a fair bit of the neighborhood from up there. We operate as Sbrg Real Estate & Developers. We’ve lived and worked around this part of Mumbai for quite a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. Our daily routine isn't very exciting to talk about. It involves a lot of reading through legal documents and looking at architectural drawings that never seem to be finished on time. We don't have any polished marketing people or big offices with glass walls. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big table with too many cups of tea. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially when we have to go out to the actual building sites to check on the progress. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we work with. If there’s a delay, we just say so. Dealing with real estate in this city takes a lot of patience and a lot of phone calls. We aren't looking to expand into some massive company. We just like being part of the Matunga community and doing work that we can actually see when we walk down the street. It’s a regular job for regular people and we don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be.
