Sba Bakery Private Limited

Sba Bakery Private Limited is a little shop, number 11, on the ground floor of Patka Manzil. We are right on Vallabhbhai Patel Road in the Null Bazar area of Mandvi. If you know Mumbai, you know this part of the city is packed with markets and old shops that have been around for generations. We’ve been here for a good while ourselves. It smells like flour and sugar most of the day, which isn't a bad way to spend your working hours. We aren't some big industrial factory with machines; we are a local bakery doing things the way they’ve been done for years. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock arriving, but it has a lot of character. Being in Null Bazar means we see all sorts of people walking by every day. We don't do much in the way of fancy marketing or social media stuff. People usually find us because they live nearby or they've heard about us from a neighbor at the market. The building, Patka Manzil, is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of things change in Mumbai over the years. We just focus on getting the baking done and making sure the shelves aren't empty for the evening rush. It’s hard work, starting early in the morning while it's still dark outside, but we like the routine. It feels good to be part of the Mandvi neighborhood. We aren't looking to change much, just keep the ovens going and serve the people who come by every day.
