Sayeban Hotel Matheran Booking Office

We are based out of Office No 2 in the Meenakshi Apartment over in Mazgaon Mukund Nagar. It is pretty easy to find if you are near the Dockyard Railway Station. People come by here when they are planning a trip up to Matheran and need to get their rooms sorted out ahead of time. It is just a small office where we handle the paperwork and bookings for the hotel. We have been here for a while now, sitting in this spot in Mazgaon. Usually, someone is at the desk to answer questions about the stay or just to confirm the dates you want. It gets busy during the vacation months when everyone wants to head to the hills. We keep things simple. You walk in, tell us when you are going, and we see what is available at Sayeban. Being right near the station helps since a lot of folks pass through here anyway. It is not a fancy setup, just a regular office with a desk and some chairs for people to sit while we check the ledger. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, but we try to get back to everyone. If you are in the neighborhood or just coming off the train at Dockyard, you can just pop in. We manage the bookings from here so everything is ready before you actually travel up to Matheran. It is mostly just routine work, keeping track of the rooms and making sure the guests have their receipts.
