Satyavathi Engineering Works

If you come down to Marol Naka and look for the Salim Compound, you will find us at B-6 Takpadarapapets. Satyavathi Engineering Works isn't a big place with a shiny sign out front. It is more of a practical space where we spend our hours doing engineering tasks that need to get done. The area is always crowded and the traffic around the compound can be a real headache during the monsoon months. We have been in this spot for years and the walls have seen better days, but the equipment inside works just fine. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we don't see the point in it. Most of the staff has been here for a long time, so we all know how to handle the quirks of the old lathes and drills. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons under the tin roof, but we are used to it by now. We usually eat our lunch together sitting on whatever crates are empty. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We don't have a big sales team or anything written on the wall about our goals. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working on whatever project is on the bench that day. Sometimes a customer stops by to chat, and we might share a cup of tea while we look over their requirements. It’s just a regular engineering shop in a busy part of the city. We keep it simple and just do our jobs.
