Sarthi Tours Management

Our office is over in Mah Trombay, specifically at Om Shiv Shakti Chawl Number 2. It is very close to the Yashwantrao Chavan High School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing quite often during the day. Sarthi Tours Management is a small operation. We have a few desks and a lot of logbooks stacked up. We spend our days coordinating various trips and checking on vehicle schedules for the drivers. It is a simple place. The walls have a few calendars pinned up to help us track everything manually. Trombay is a busy area, but our little corner in the chawl is where we get all the planning done. We do not have a fancy website or a huge fleet of luxury cars. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic around here. Other times, it is very quiet and we just sit and catch up on the paperwork. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. People around here know us as the local guys for travel needs. We often drink tea from the stall nearby while we wait for drivers to check in. It is not a high-end corporate job. It is about making sure the routes are set and the timing is right for everyone.
