Sarthi Tours & Travels is located at 5 Murari Ghag Marg, right on the Naigaon Cross Road. It’s a small office but we manage to handle a lot from here. I’ve been sitting at this desk for years, watching the people go by on the busy street outside. Naigaon is always moving, and being on the cross road means there is never a quiet moment. We help people with their travel plans, mostly booking trips or arranging cars when they need to go somewhere far. The walls are covered with some old maps and calendars that have been there forever. It’s not a corporate office with fancy furniture; just some basic chairs and a computer that sometimes takes its time to load. People walk in all day asking about bus timings or how much it costs to get to certain places. Sometimes they just stop by for a chat if they are passing through Murari Ghag Marg. We try to keep track of everything in our registers, though it gets a bit messy sometimes. It’s a local business through and through, and we know the area like the back of our hand. We don't have a big marketing team, just us here in the office trying to make sure everyone gets where they need to go. It’s been our home for a long time and we like it that way.
