If you're looking for Sarla Tours, we’re located in Malad West at the 6th Cross, 8th Main. Specifically, we’re in the C Wing of Sahyadri Complex, which is right opposite the Business Park. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you get into the main part of Malad. Our office is a simple place where we plan out trips and handle bookings for people. Being across from the Business Park means there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people rushing around in suits. We like the energy of the area. Inside our office, we have posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up the spots where the paint is peeling a bit. We spend our time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best routes for them. It’s not always about big vacations; sometimes it’s just helping someone get to a wedding or a family event. The Sahyadri Complex is a busy building with lots of different shops and offices, so there’s always someone stopping by for a chat. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the schedules. We’ve had some long days here, especially when things don’t go as planned with travel times, but we just take it as it comes. It’s just how things go when you’re dealing with the road. We stay until the last phone call is answered and the desk is mostly clear.
