You will find Sarkaar Buildrprojects right in the middle of everything in Mumbai Central. We are located at 1B-53 on the fifth floor of the Bustan Apartment building on JBB Marg in Nagpada. Being in this part of Mumbai means things are always moving fast and it is never quiet. Our office is just a regular room where we manage our projects from. Because we are an OPC, it is a more personal way of doing things. You will not find any glass boardrooms or suits here. Most of the time, the floor is covered in site plans and there are samples of tiles or cement sitting in the corner. Working in Nagpada means we have to be smart about how we move materials around because the streets are so narrow and crowded. It is a constant juggle. We spend a lot of time on the fifth floor looking at schedules and then rushing down to get to different sites across the city. The elevator in the building has its moods, so sometimes we end up taking the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. We take on building work that comes our way, trying to make the most of the space we have in this city. It is a tough business in Mumbai, but we have managed to find our rhythm here among the noise and the constant hum of the traffic outside. Most days we are just trying to keep everything on track.
