Sankalp Tours & Travels

Our office is tucked away at C-1/13 in Ghatkopar West. It is technically the head office for Sankalp Tours & Travels, but it really doesn't feel like some big corporate headquarters. It is more of a ground-level place where we sit and talk about trips all day. Ghatkopar is a crowded place, and our corner of it is no different at all. There are always people walking by or stopping in to ask about train tickets or maybe bus routes. We have a couple of desks and some old maps on the wall that have been hanging there for years now. The light in the morning is quite nice, but it gets pretty hot in the afternoon. We usually have the fan going full speed to stay cool. Dealing with travel means things can get a bit chaotic with phones ringing and people asking for prices. We don't use any fancy software to talk to people; we just pick up the phone or talk to whoever walks through the door. It is a straightforward way of doing things. Being in Ghatkopar West means we are close to the station, so that helps people find us easily enough. We have been at this address for a long time, so most of the locals know where we are. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to get people where they need to go without making a big fuss about it. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
