We are located in A/3 of the Gangadham Housing Society. It’s in Andheri East, specifically in the Vardhaman Industrial Estate area of Subhash Nagar. If you look right across the street, you’ll see Mayur Jewellers. Our office is a very simple setup where we handle various service requests throughout the day. Being in a housing society that’s also near an industrial estate makes for an interesting mix of people. We get residents asking for help with their flats and workers from the nearby industrial units dropping by. It’s a small space, mostly filled with old files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. The fan overhead hums all day long. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different people and making phone calls. It’s definitely not a high-tech operation. We mostly rely on the phone and our handwritten notebooks to keep things organized. Andheri East is always congested, so we hear the traffic from the main road constantly. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Sometimes we share tea with the neighbors when it's quiet. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the work. It’s just regular work for regular people.
