Our office for Sanghvi Parrsssva Buildcon Llp is located in Mazgaon. We are up on the 26th floor of 5-Sumer Tower. It’s situated on Plot-108/112 in the Kopargaon Estate area, specifically along Seth Motisha Lane. Being that high up gives us a pretty decent view of the surroundings, but inside the office, it’s just regular work life. We deal with building and construction stuff every day from this spot. Mazgaon has its own old-school charm, though our tower is one of the taller ones around. It takes a minute or two for the elevator to get up to 2602, but we are used to it by now. We aren't some big, faceless corporation; we are just a group of people working in the real estate world of Mumbai. We don't use much fancy language to describe ourselves. We just show up to the estate, head up to our floor, and get through the list of things to do. The 108/112 plot has been our base for a while. We find that staying simple and direct works best for us. It’s a busy life here in Maharashtra, and being in a place like Sumer Tower keeps us right in the middle of it all. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that, just our desks and our projects. Our team stays busy with phone calls and paperwork for most of the day.
