SANGHVI KARIA REALTY LLP is the name of our company. You can find us located at 32/33 on the second floor of Plot-98 C. The building is called Bhaveshwar Bhavan and it is situated on Vijay Manjrekar Marg. We are right by the Portuguese Church in Mumbai, which is a pretty well-known landmark in the 400028 area. We have been operating from this part of Maharashtra for some time now. Our office is not anything too special to look at, just a functional space where we handle our realty business. There are a few of us who work here daily. We spend most of our time dealing with files and talking to people who come by. It can get quite loud outside with the Mumbai traffic and the church activities nearby, but that is just part of being in this city. We do not have a big team of marketing people to write about us, so this is just a plain description of where we are. We just focus on the work we have in front of us each day. No fancy corporate speeches are made here. We just try to be useful and do our tasks without making a big deal out of it. If you are ever near the Portuguese Church, you are basically right where we work every day. It is just a normal office for us.
