Sanghvi Estate

Our office is number 39 on the third floor of the Gokul Kalyan Building. It’s at 11/13 M.K. Anmarg Bola Bazar in the Fort area. Fort is always a crazy place to be, with everyone rushing around and the old buildings everywhere. Sanghvi Estate has been tucked away in this building for quite some time. The stairs are a bit steep, so we tell people to take their time coming up. Inside, it’s just a regular office with some wooden desks and a lot of files. We deal with properties in the city, which is never a dull job. There is always some new rule or a bit of paperwork that needs fixing. We aren't a corporate giant; we’re just a small team in a crowded building. The windows look out onto the street, and you can hear the vendors shouting below. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s just South Mumbai for you. We mostly talk to people who have been coming to us for years. Word of mouth is how we get most of our work. We don't use fancy technology much, just our phones and some old-fashioned notebooks. It works for us. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the trains get too packed or the rain starts coming down heavy.
