Sangeeta Travels

We’ve been here in Mulund West for quite some time now. You can find us right near the bus stop at 271, which makes it easy for folks to drop by when they are out running errands or waiting for their ride. Sangeeta Travels is just a small setup, nothing too fancy. My brother and I mostly handle things. People come in looking for bus tickets or asking about train schedules, and we just try to get them sorted out. Sometimes the internet is slow or the systems act up, but we manage. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have a big website or anything. Most of our regulars are neighbors who live nearby or work in the shops around here. We know most of them by name. If someone needs to get somewhere, they just pop their head in and ask. It’s a simple way of working. We keep our logs in big registers mostly, though we use the computer too when we have to. The office has a couple of chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just stay open till late evening making sure everyone gets their bookings done. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, right here in Mulund.
