Sandeep Travel

We are at shop number 5 on the ground floor. You can find us in the Dube building in Borivali East. L J Road is right outside our door. It gets very busy because we are near the Omkareshwar Temple. You can see the people going for darshan all day long. We mostly deal with travel bookings and stuff like that at Sandeep Travel. It is a small shop. There is just enough room for a couple of chairs and a desk. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking up bus and train timings. The ground floor is convenient because people can just step in off the street. Borivali East is a crowded place, so there is always noise from the traffic on L J Road. Sometimes the bells from the temple are quite loud, but we are used to it by now. It is a busy life. We do not have a big team, just a few of us taking turns at the desk. People come in to ask about tickets or to change their plans. We do what we can to help them out. It is not like those big travel websites. We are just here in the shop. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know where we are. We just keep track of things in our registers and on the computer. It is a plain and simple business. We open early and stay until the evening.
