Sancho'S

We are located in Dadar. It’s one of the busiest parts of the city, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. Sancho'S has been here for a while now. We serve food that people seem to enjoy, nothing too complicated. The space inside isn't huge, so on weekends, it can feel a bit tight. We’ve painted the walls a few times, trying to find a color that feels right. Right now, it’s a sort of warm shade. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us and a few helpers in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time sourcing the right ingredients from the local markets nearby. Dadar has everything if you know where to look. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow lane for a minute, and we have to hurry to get the crates inside. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, even when the street outside is chaotic. You might find a few chips in the plates here and there, but we make sure everything is clean. It’s the kind of place where you can come as you are, straight from work or after a day of shopping. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. We just serve the food and hope you have a decent time while you’re sitting with us. We've had some regulars who have been coming since we first opened, and it's nice to see them bring their friends along too. We just keep doing what we do every day. It's not a fancy life, but we like the work.
