Samlink Cruises

Our office for Samlink Cruises is located in Wadala East, specifically in 812 C, Dosti Aster within the Dosti Acres complex. It’s a nice enough building for us. We spend a lot of our days on the phone or looking at boat schedules on our screens. It’s not a big fancy operation with a glass front or a huge lobby, just a place where we get the work done. Mumbai is a city that loves the water, and we are part of that whole world. We handle the bookings and all the logistics that go into organizing trips for people. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork piled on the desks. We have some tables and a couple of computers, and that’s about it for the setup. The commute to Wadala is okay for most of the team, and we usually grab some tea nearby when we need a quick break from the screens. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing stuff. Most of what we do comes from people just finding us or hearing about the cruises from someone else. The office gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have fans to keep things moving. We just try to stay organized and make sure the details for every trip are sorted out before anyone actually steps on a boat. It’s a regular job, really, just making sure everything happens without any major issues cropping up at the last minute.
