M. T. Engineering Works

M. T. Engineering Works is based out of the Pereira Compound in Sakinaka. We have units 7 and 8 inside the Sing Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Telephone Exchange, so it is a landmark most people in the area know. We have been doing engineering work here for a good long while. Our space is always packed with projects. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the raw materials and the machines, but we know where everything is. Sakinaka is a tough place to work sometimes because it is so crowded and the roads are always blocked, but it is also full of energy. We do mostly mechanical work and parts manufacturing. We are just regular people who showed up one day and started a shop. Over the years, we have built up a lot of experience with different types of metal and machinery. We don’t have a website or a big sign. Most people just know us from being in the estate for so long. We talk to our customers face to face and figure out what they need. There is no corporate ladder here, just us and the work we do every day. We hope to keep the machines running for many more years in this same spot. It’s a noisy, busy, and good way to make a living. We aren't doing anything fancy, just keeping the shop going through the usual daily grind.
