Saket General Store

You can find us at Shop No.17 in the Suncity Complex, specifically in the Mercury Building. This is in the Gandhi Nagar area of Powai. It’s a bit different from the big malls nearby because we’re just a small general store. We keep the basics that people living in the complex might need in a hurry. You know, things like milk, bread, or maybe some stationery for the kids. The shop isn't very big. We have stuff piled up in the corners. It can be a little hard to move around when there are more than three people inside. We’ve been here since the building was relatively new. My son helps me out in the evenings after his classes. We don't do any big advertising or anything, mostly just people from the Mercury building and the ones next door come in. Sometimes the power goes out. We have to use candles for a bit, but the customers don't seem to mind. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the school bus drops the kids off outside. We try to stay organized, but with so many small items, something always ends up in the wrong place. If you are staying in Suncity, you probably already know where we are. We just provide a simple service for the people nearby so they don't have to go all the way to the main market for small things. It’s a decent enough spot to run a small business like ours without too much trouble.
