Our office for sakar architects is located at Laxman Nivas on Karve Road in Dombivali West. Even though our name mentions Kandivali, we have actually been based here in Dombivali for quite some time. It is a very busy part of the town, especially with the railway station being within reach of our building. Laxman Nivas is a familiar spot to the people who live around here. Our office space is quite modest and focuses entirely on the work at hand. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby area for visitors. Most of the time, the desks are covered in sketches and site plans that we are currently working on for our clients. Karve Road is always full of energy, with shops and people moving past our window all day long. The street noise is just part of our daily routine now. We like the local vibe of Dombivali West because it feels real and unpretentious. We don't use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a small team of us doing architectural work for people who need it. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the folders and project files, but we know where everything is. Clients usually just drop in to check on their designs and have a chat. It is a very direct and honest way to run a business. We just keep things simple and focus on the technical details.
