Sainath Engineering

Our shop is located at number 6 in the Sai Commercial Centre right on Govandi Station Road. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside, which we do not mind really. Sainath Engineering has been operating from this little unit for some time now. We handle a lot of different engineering tasks, mostly the kind of stuff that requires getting your hands dirty and spending a lot of time at the workbench. It is not a large space, so things can get a bit tight when we have big projects going on. We usually have parts and metal bits scattered around while we are in the middle of a job. It is just the way we work. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine is not cooperating or we have a deadline to meet. We do not really bother with big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they work nearby or they saw us while walking to the train. We just try to do decent work that holds up. The commercial centre is a bit old, but it serves us well enough for what we need to do. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad. It is a lot of manual work and we have got the callouses to prove it. Nothing fancy, just us and our tools here in Govandi.
