Saifee Travel Bureau

Our office, Saifee Travel Bureau, is over in Masjid Bunder West. We are on the fourth floor, room 404, in Sabun Bhavan at 187 Masjid Bunder. The area is always packed with people and trucks because of the markets nearby. It’s a bit of a climb up to the fourth floor, but we like the view of the busy streets below. We handle a lot of travel stuff, like helping people with their papers or booking their trips. It’s mostly paperwork, looking at screens, and talking to people who want to go abroad or visit family in other states. The office is pretty simple, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Sabun Bhavan is an old building, so it has a lot of character. We’ve been here for quite a while, so we know most of the other shop owners in the building. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. We don't do anything flashy. We just listen to what people need for their travel and try to get the forms filled out right. Sometimes there are delays with the visas or the tickets, and we have to spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just the way this business works. We keep our heads down and do the work day in and day out.
