Our base of operations is in Room 56 of the New Cloth Market on B G Kher Road. It's a bustling area, and there's always something happening downstairs with the cloth merchants and the delivery carts. We operate our cab service and travel business from this small office. It’s mostly just a place to manage the drivers and take bookings over the phone. We have a couple of old chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and duty rosters. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. We are more focused on making sure the cars are clean and the drivers are on time. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day long. We’ve been in the market for a long time, so most of the other shop owners know us. They often use our cabs when they need to send packages or go to the station. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. People usually just call us or walk up to the office to book a ride. We handle local trips and some outstation stuff too. It’s hard work with long hours, but we keep at it. We just try to be reliable for the folks who need a ride.
