We operate out of Shop No 3 in the BMC building. We are located in Bandra East, specifically in the Sara Market 16 S area. It’s very close to Hallmark and just a short distance from the main BKC area. Because we are near the business hub, we see a lot of people who work in the big offices nearby. Our shop is quite simple. We have some posters of places on the walls and a few computers for bookings. We mostly help people with their travel arrangements, whether it’s for work or going back home for a holiday. The market area is always buzzing with activity. You have all sorts of sounds coming from the street. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. Dealing with tickets and itineraries takes up most of our day. Sometimes things get complicated with cancellations or delays, and we have to spend hours on the phone. We just try to keep things honest and tell people what the situation is. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us handling everything. We aren't a big agency with many branches. We just stay here in Bandra East and do our work for the locals and the office crowd that passes by. There is always someone coming in to ask about a flight or a bus. It keeps us busy all through the evening until we finally close the shutters.
