You can find our office at the Patadia Complex, which is on Uttan Road in Bhayandar. We are in the C A Wing, Flat Number 338. It’s near Jalaram Nagar, a landmark most locals know. We handle travel bookings and holiday memberships from here. The office is tucked away in a residential-style complex, so it feels more like a home than a business. We have travel brochures stacked on the tables and posters of different places on the walls. People come in to ask about trip costs or to renew their memberships. It’s a small team, and we spend a lot of time on the computer looking up flights and hotels. The area around Uttan Road is quite busy with traffic and people going to the market. We often have people just dropping in to chat about their next vacation. It’s a relaxed atmosphere. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just sit around and figure out travel plans for families. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize to the people waiting. It’s a straightforward business. We like helping people get away for a bit. We’ve been in this building for some time and know the security guards and the neighbors well. We have a small calendar on the wall where we mark off the days until the next big holiday season starts. It's just how we work.
