Sai Shakti Engineering

You can find us at Gala No.-4 in the Babu Lal Ghans Wala Compound. We are right opposite R.K. Industries in the Cama Estate area of Goregaon East. The compound is usually full of trucks and people moving crates, so it gets pretty hectic around here. Our gala is not very big, but we have managed to fit all our machinery inside. It stays pretty dark unless we have all the lights on, and the sound of the metal being worked on is constant. Sai Shakti Engineering is just a small outfit. We do a lot of the work ourselves, often staying late if a job isn't done. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil spots, and we try to sweep up every evening, but it never stays clean for long. Goregaon East is an industrial hub, so there is always a sense of everyone just working hard to make a living. We have a small bench outside where we sit sometimes to get some fresh air away from the grease and the heat of the shop. Dealing with the heat in Cama Estate during May is tough, but we just drink a lot of water and keep at it. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us in the gala, making sure the parts are cut right and the machines are running. It's noisy and dusty, but it is our work.
