Our office for Sai Raj Travel is located in Vikhroli West, specifically at Old Sangavi, S T Colony E/204. It is a quiet little spot, though the colony itself can get quite busy in the evenings. We do not have a big team of people. It is usually just one or two of us handling everything from the phones to the paperwork. The office is basically just a few desks and a fan that makes a bit of noise, but it gets the job done. We have been working out of this location for a while now. We know the local shortcuts around Vikhroli quite well, which helps when we are trying to give people directions or estimate travel times. We do not use any marketing speak or try to sound bigger than we are. We just provide travel help to the people in the colony and nearby. Sometimes we forget to update the wall calendar, and the files might be a bit dusty, but we never lose track of a booking. It is a practical business. We spend a lot of time talking to the drivers to make sure they are actually where they say they are. It is a lot of small details to keep track of every single day.
