Sai Kiran Business Centre

If you are heading toward Sakinaka from Chembur, you’ll find us on the ground floor. We are at Shop No 13 E, right across from the Vaishali Hotel. People often stop by just because they see the sign while waiting for a rickshaw. This place, Sai Kiran Business Centre, is where we handle all sorts of daily office tasks. We have some desks and a few computers for people who need a space to work. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside on the main road, but you get used to it after a few days. We keep things pretty straightforward here. There’s a small pantry area where the kettle is always on. We deal with a lot of paperwork, some printing, and helping folks get their business stuff organized. It’s not fancy at all. The floor tiles are a bit worn out from all the feet walking in and out. We try to keep the place tidy, but when it’s raining, things get a bit messy near the entrance. Most of our regulars are local shop owners or people from the neighborhood who need a quiet corner for an hour. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how everything works. It’s a practical space for practical people. We stay open pretty late most nights because that’s when people usually need us the most to finish their work before heading home.
